In this event we will rub 4 kinds of hops then taste 4 beers these hop varietals are used in. The hop varietals are Citra, Mosaic, Chinook and Hersbrucker Pure. Total price including participation is 4000yen. As a token of thanks for providing the event space the participants are encouraged to buy a pint after the seminar is over.

この楽しいランチ会では、ベルギーの伝統的なペアリングであるグーズとムール貝をお召し上がりいただきます。参加費は無料ですが、料理に使用したグーズ代として500円をいただきます。また、特別にランビックを1本持参し、参加者の皆さんとシェアしたいと思います。 In this fun lunch meet the traditional Belgian pairing of gueuze and mussels will be served. No attendance fee is required, however I will charge 500yen for the gueuze used in cooking. Also I will bring a special bottle of lambic to share with participants.

In this fun Chimay beer and cheese pairing event we will taste five different pairs to experience different combinations of flavor. We will be taking tasting notes and discussing how the flavors work together for each of the pairings. This is designed to be a six people event. For each pair an attendee should have about 50ml of beer and 25gr-40gr of cheese.
The pairings are: 1. Chimay Gold & Fresh Italian Burattine 2. Chimay Red & Comte 18 months old Semi-Hard Alpine Cheese 3. Chimay Blue & Chimay A La Rouge Washed Rind Trappist Cheese 4. Chimay White & Gruyere Moleson 9 months old Swiss Alpine Cheese 5. Chimay Green & Epoisses Washed Rind Cheese
