このイベントでは、ビアジャッジが実際に行うテイスティング方法を体験しながら、香りや味わいの違いを自分の言葉で表現する楽しさを学びます。さらに、オフフレーバーであるダイアセチルのサンプルを試飲し、その特徴が感じられる代表的なビールとの飲み比べも行います。ビールの知識は不要で、初心者の方も安心してご参加いただけます。参加費は4,000円です（現金のみ）。また、会場をご提供いただいている祝日麦酒様への感謝として、イベント終了後にパイント1杯のご注文をお願いいたします。

In this workshop, participants will experience the same tasting techniques used by beer judges while learning how to identify and describe differences in aroma and flavor. You’ll also taste a diacetyl off-flavor sample and compare it with a well-known commercial beer in which this character is intentionally present. No prior beer knowledge is required, making this event perfect for beginners. The participation fee is ¥4,000 (cash only). As a token of appreciation to our venue partner, Shukujitsu Bakushu, we kindly ask all participants to order one pint of beer after the event.

Join us for a guided tasting event. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a selection of unique beers while I explain the background, ingredients, and flavors of each sample. We will taste a Belgian sour beer made with grapes, along with two traditional German strong beers: Heller Bock and Doppelbock. The final sample list will be determined on the day of the event based on the number of participants. Participation fee: ¥4,000 per person.

In this seminar, each participant will experience the aromas of all 12 vials from the Barth-Haas Yakima Valley Hop Standards Aroma Kit. This will be followed by smelling a variety of hop pellets at the brewery. Additionally, we will taste off-flavor samples, specifically lightstruck (skunked) and oxidized beer, to deepen understanding. The participation fee is 4,000 yen (cash only). As a thank you to Shukujitsu Bakushu for providing the venue, we kindly ask that you order one pint after the event.

In this seminar we will be tasting common off flavors in beer production, remember the
descriptors and discuss origin/prevention of the off flavors. We will taste 3 samples of each off flavor, starting at human threshold, double and quadruple threshold. Pricing this time is 3,700 yen. Please order a pint as a thank you to the venue for letting us use the space.
